Local pubs serving good food and a small shop/cafe are all in the village. The market town of Settle is a short, 10 minute, walk  with a Tuesday market and plenty of restaurants, shops etc.

The village of Giggleswick provides an excellent base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, whether by foot, cycling or by car.

The list of things to do is endless. The Three Peaks are on your doorstep for the energetic! The beautiful scenery of the Settle to Carlisle Railway and the market town of Skipton all close by. Not to mention the spectacular scenery and limestone pavements at nearby Malham Cove, or the Ingleton Waterfalls.
